Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519) was a man of genius, one of the greatest painters and greatest inventors in the history of mankind. Leonardo is described as the classic Renaissance man, who deals in many fields; Scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, inventor, musician, painter, sculptor and architect. His last name does not indicate a family name, but the city of Vinci in Italy where he grew up. His full name was "Leonardo di Sir Piero da Vinci" and it means "Leonardo, son of Sir Piero da Vinci".
