Work instructions for Montana Gold with spray paint spray head

Montana spray paint is easy to use and suitable for the inexperienced and, of course, experienced artists. The low pressure system enables precise work and results at a high and professional level with long-term durability. The level of control can be adjusted using the spray heads that were developed precisely for the low pressure system that allows the most uniform and clean lines with the highest efficiency and accuracy - from 4 cm to 25 cm depending on the user's skill and experience.

Prepare the work environment and protect the area from unwanted splash during the application (it is recommended to spread nylon / newspapers / cardboard packaging). Make sure the object is free of dirt, dust and rust. Before starting painting, it is recommended to check compatibility on an invisible part of the object you want to paint.

  1. Invert the container and remove the nozzle to remove the black safety ring.
  2. When the container tilts down, shake it so that the bottom of the container hits your palm, repeat until the mixing balls are released.
  3. Shake vertically and make sure you hear the mixing balls moving freely and rattling inside the container.
  4. Tilt the container up and continue to shake vertically for 2 minutes.
  5. Install the spray head, and spray on a test surface. It is normal if during the test you notice a high amount of liquid in relation to the color. As soon as the color comes out freely and uniformly - you can start spraying the object.

Initial drying time ranges from 6-8 minutes and can vary depending on the type of surface being painted and temperature and humidity conditions in the work space. Drying time in the work process between layers 60 minutes and full drying time ranges from 12-24 hours.

At the end of the work, it is recommended to return the black safety ring to the tank to prevent involuntary activation when carrying or storing.

After complete drying, you can apply effects such as glitter, etc. or paint and write with acrylic markers and ink.

In order to remove paint residue before spraying, use acetone.

An explanation of Montana paint spray types

The Montana Gold brand is manufactured in Germany and belongs to the German company Montana Cans, which is known for the high quality of its products. The Montana collection has been fully optimized by the company's artists and lab experts to bring it to the highest level - some existing colors have been replaced and improved, while new colors have been added to optimize color values and achieve a flowing color range.

G – Gold - The Montana GOLD line has a wide color range of historic and classic spray paints that were the pioneers of the field, before the various developments in opacity levels and special finishes.

S-Shock - The Montana GOLD Shock range was developed as a selection of Montana GOLD mini with the highest coverage colors selected on these color scales, for example red, blue, black, white and more.

P – Process Inspired by the CMY color properties used in the printing industry, CMY paints are powerful colors that must draw attention to everything they are applied to: 100% cyan, 100% yellow and 100% magenta.

In addition, Montana paint spray is available with special and cool effects:

M – Metallic - The metallic paint spray offers an innovative interpretation of traditional metallic effects thanks to innovative paint technology. The paint surface dries to a semi-gloss finish and offers high durability in sun exposure.

EMC – Effect Metallic Chrome The metallic chrome effect is achieved by placing the metallic pigment particles on the surface of the object being sprayed. This is achieved by leaving the halacha "open" so that light can shine and reflect these particles.

F – Fluorescent - Famous for their luminosity under ultraviolet UV light. For best results, we recommend applying fluorescent paints to white and pre-painted surfaces (it is recommended to use Montana Gold White S9100).

NIGHT GLOW EFFECT - glows in the dark - Contains illuminating pigments and light diffusers. Absorbs light as absorbed energy and emits this energy as a glowing effect in the dark. The greatest light emission occurs right after charging. Can be used outdoors and indoors.

EFFECT GRANIT – granite - A water-based spray containing fine plastic particles for the special effect. It covers an extremely high level of surface and gives an extraordinary realistic effect of a granite stone.

EFFECT GLITTER – glitter - The perfect choice for a high quality refined and aesthetic shimmering coating. The paint comes in medium pressure, based on Nitro-Combi, consists of selected metallic pigment particles and has a glossy finish provided with a transparent paint base.
