A set of colored pencils for developing identity and self-awareness

Faber-Castel wants to help artists of all ages develop their creative skills and express their personalities while painting. In order to strengthen children's self-awareness and identity, it is important that they be able to portray themselves and their personal skin color realistically in drawings. A new creative tool can help them with this: the colorful pencil set of the children of the world is aimed at children at the most important stage of their growth and self-discovery. In this way, Faber-Castel supports parents and teachers in their educational work while teaching identity and self-esteem in a playful way, supporting the children's personal development while cultivating their creativity.

With each set of pencils sold from the Children of the World series, Faber-Castel supports the humanitarian mission of the Red Pencil Organization - a charity that helps children in conflict areas process their traumatic experiences through art therapy. The Red Pencil Organization originated in Singapore, where it was established in 2004 following the tsunami disaster in the Indian Ocean, which claimed more than 230,000 lives. The organization has grown steadily over the past 20 years, launching and facilitating aid projects around the world.
